I have NO idea why blogger is putting such a space between the title of the recipe and the table I created, but here it is.
Kitchen Sink Cookies
from my friend Mary
#1 | #2 | #3 |
---|---|---|
3/4 C. shortening | 1 tsp. vanilla | 1 tsp. cinnamon |
1 C. brown sugar | 3 C. uncooked oats | 1-1 1/2 C. raisins |
1/2 C. white sugar | 1 C. flour | 1 pkg. chocolate chips* |
1 egg | 1 tsp. salt | some coconut |
1/4 C. water | 1/2 tsp. soda | various nuts |
other dried fruit |
* ~2 C. liquid measure = ~12oz pkg of chips.
Beat together column 1, and 2 & 3, but if using nuts, chips, or
raisins, add them last or they'll not mix well.
350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until done. If making giant sized
they could take up to 25 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen "regular sized" cookies.
