Kitchen Sink Cookies

Here is the recipe for the cookies that I brought to Clayworks on 12/21. Several people asked me for it and while it's not very healthy, here it is. (After all, it's only once a year, right?)

I have NO idea why blogger is putting such a space between the title of the recipe and the table I created, but here it is.

Kitchen Sink Cookies

3/4 C. shortening 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. brown sugar

3 C. uncooked oats

1-1 1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. white sugar
1 C. flour

1 pkg. chocolate chips*
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
some coconut
1/4 C. water
1/2 tsp. soda
various nuts

other dried fruit

* ~2 C. liquid measure = ~12oz pkg of chips.

Beat together column 1, and 2 & 3, but if using nuts, chips, or
raisins, add them last or they'll not mix well.

350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until done. If making giant sized
they could take up to 25 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozen "regular sized" cookies.
