On Friday we headed up to Asheville, NC to tour UNC Asheville for Stephanie. It worked out well since I had the opportunity to stop by Highwater Clays and pick up some kiln shelves ordered by Clayworks. They close at 4:30 pm and we arrived at 4:00. (whew!)
I thought I'd look for a long MKM rib while I was there, but the only long rib they had was this REALLY long one. Oh well, I bought it anyway. We'll see how it works.
Asheville is a great town full of creative people and fun shops and galleries. I wouldn't mind making regular visits there to enjoy the atmosphere and people. If you haven't been, you need to go. If it's been a while, you need to go back. If you live there, I'm jealous.
