This just in - Anniversary update

I just realized that today is the anniversary of my first blog post:  June 17, 2008.  It wasn't a very exciting post, but it was the first time I dipped my toe in the blog universe.  There have been 695 posts since then, but it still feels new every time I sit down at the keyboard to write something.
