We went to Highlands, NC for a few days for a company planning retreat. It was beautiful.

2015-10-09 - Friday - Hilton Head Island

We enjoyed a short trip to Hilton Head Island for Karen's planning retreat. Friday night we ate at the waterside and enjoyed a beautiful sunset.

If you've read this blog from the first post you will know how much I love a good sunset. I took all these photos with my phone since I didn't bring the "real camera" with me.

Good stuff, and as I've always told our daughters, "It's the best free show in town".

2014-07-29 - Tuesday - Asheville

Tuesday we went to Asheville for Karen's office planning retreat.  We stayed at the Grand Bohemian Hotel and I was her "plus one".  While she went to planning meetings I did some work and then visited some galleries and stores within walking distance.
